It feels like the pen has fallen out of my hand; I haven't written or shared anything in ages - my iPad is full of dust and my writing skills are way too rusty, but anyway here is a bit of an update of how things have been going so far this year.
First things first, I'm still a rider people haha, although my focus recently shifted more to me finishing my degree, before all the lecturers and the Dean start knowing my full names (not a good sign) and also before they allocate space in the TUKS museum for me and being called " your ancient one".
Secondly, unfortunately I've been sick a lot lately, why I don't know. I finally decided to visit a doctor to take some bloods and find a deeper understanding of what's really going on with me, because this doesn't make sense and everything I've done with my coach is so well planned so I don't see that being the issue.
With all this happening you get to see and evaluate a lot of things happening around you- where you see yourself in the near future, what contribution you have made to this world, what's important to you and which friends are worth keeping and always in your corner or who's only there when the road is a bit smoother or straight like the N1.
I have really loving parents whom have given as much as they can or have for me to get here, and showed me love in ways I can't explain, friends who constantly check up on me and stop me when I'm going off track and a super team - from my coach for putting up with my dramatic life, and my sponsors, mentor and publicist keeping grounded at all times. Thank you from the bottom of my Skinnyhulk heart.
On a very bright side, Triviron is still part of the William Mokgopo brand for yet another year, making sure I'm still racing and chasing my dreams on two wheels. There are also a lot of announcements I'll hopefully be doing during the course of the year, fingers crossed.
Things might not be going according to plan or what I have on my timeline, but what's happening now is meant to be, it's how it's suppose to be and it God's will, and when the time is right things will fall into place, but that doesn't stop me from keeping my faith and fighting for my dreams. There is always light at the end of the tunnel and it's bright.
Thanks for the support, I will only come back stronger. Let your will be done. Mission Skinny Hulk continues.
